This project started as a student brief at the Basel School of Design. A local cardboard manufacturer challenged the class to design something promotional made entirely from cardboard.

The brief: a pinhole camera, flat-packed and mailable, that anyone could assemble at home.

LL’s design was chosen, produced, and went far beyond the original brief. It sold in museum shops, IBM purchased a run to give as gifts to employees and B+H Photo carried it.
